My story, my vision, my goals

I always enjoyed helping people as much as I can If It was just volunteering, or giving back to the homeless, or family and friends. Fitness became a passion of mine back in 2015, but consistently since May of 2017 to find piece in my life. I watch my mother go through being a diabetic and overweight and it hurts, so I run to the gym to relieve stress. The hardest part I would have to say is watching my grandmother go through her battle with cancer and believe me as much as I wanted to help and give her all the organic products I knew of, that blessing was blocked, so again I had to run away to the gym. My goal today is to help as many people all across the world to get healthy and fit by following my 30 Day Challenge. The 30 Day Challenge helps to detoxify your body, while putting the good nutrients back into your body while giving you energy, and burning fat at the same time, followed my 30 minute workout plan, and meal plans to help you stay on track.

FACT #1 The United Nations health agency estimates that 3.4 million people die of diabetes every year, and almost 80 per of the deaths occur in developing countries.

FACT#2 According to the National Institutes of health, obesity and overweight together are the second leading cause of preventable death in the United States, close behind tobacco use. An estimated 300,000 deaths per year are due to the obesity epidemic.
